The Wicks Group, PLLC is pleased to announce that Rachel Winard recently joined the firm as Counsel, bringing more than 15 years of experience in federal, state, and local statutory and regulatory analysis; land use, zoning, and environmental law; and consumer product compliance to the firm’s regulatory practice and related consulting matters.
Since joining the firm, Rachel has been offering TWG clientele guidance on navigating complex statutory requirements, compliance frameworks, and risk management challenges in the aviation sector, including for special permit applications and hazardous materials packaging and shipping matters. Rachel also has been advising on airport use and lease agreements, trademark and intellectual property matters, and drafting commercial contracts.
