Nathan Sykes serves as an Associate at the Wicks Group. Nathan's business law experience includes bankruptcy advising, zoning litigation, real estate litigation, and collections litigation. Nathan's immigration law experience includes an array of employment-based visas and motions to cancel clients' deportation proceedings.

• Amending corporations’ bylaws to streamline procedures and better conform with the corporations’ practices
• Drafting corporate resolutions and forms to ensure corporate compliance
• Revising a foreign civil aviation authority’s guidance to comply with ICAO Annex 1 and to reflect the capabilities of the authority
• Researching and drafting a memorandum concerning New York’s equitable doctrine of subrogation as it applies to a secured international aviation financing agreement
• Researching and drafting a memorandum concerning Bermuda’s adoption of the Cape Town Convention and how to accordingly file a lien for a Bermuda-registered aircraft on the International Registry
• Researching and drafting a memorandum concerning the prohibitions under United States sanctions against Russia and their impact on aircraft operators
• Researching and drafting a memorandum concerning liability limits under the Montreal Convention for a lawsuit concerning damage to cargo aboard an international flight.
